À propos

Nos cours de HIIT (entrainement par intervalles à haute intensité) sont des séances d'entrainement de 30 min, jumelant conditionnement physique et endurance cardio-vasculaire. Les exercices sollicitent le corps au complet et s’effectuent autant avec des sacs de sable et des kettlebells que le poids de votre propre corps. Le HIIT active de manière explosive votre métabolisme, permet de bruler des tonnes de calories et aide à construire un corps sculpté et ferme.

 

Tous les cours sont du même niveau. Bienvenus aux débutants! Chacun travaille à son propre rythme. Progressivement, vous serez en mesure d’intensifier vos entrainements lorsque vous deviendrez plus fort (exécuter les exercices plus rapidement, utiliser des poids plus lourds, etc.). L’entraineur est sur place pour vous aider à chaque étape et pour modifier les exercices au besoin. Soyez assuré, si vous êtes d’un niveau avancé, nous saurons vous mettre au défi dès le premier jour!

 

L’inscription aux cours se fait en ligne et est nécessaire. Obtenez votre ESSAI 7 JOURS pour $25 et profitez d'un nombre illimité de cours pour une période de 7 jours consécutives à compter de la date de votre première visite.

Friendly and very motivating staff!  Workouts are intense but very adaptable to people of all ages and condition. The challenging workout combinations are so varied and complete that it definitely helps to improve overall fitness and athletic conditioning. These 30 minute long sessions are as intense as your body can take it, but at the same time coaches are competent to help you scale down or modify as needed the exercises in order to prevent injury. If you live or work in the vicinity it is definitely worth the try!

I love report fitness!! I get more in this 30 minute work out then I ever did working out in a gym for an hour and a half. It's a full body work out which helped me lose weight and tone. The bast part is ALL the Instructors are AMAZING! They watch and help you  with your form I feel like I have a personal trainer. I recommend this gym for anyone who wants a fast in and out work out that will get results!!

Super efficient wods, awesome passionate and competent coaches (which we unfortunately don't see a lot on the market anymore!!), love the crowd, best way to effective training, shred fat, build muscle, and improve your body and self esteem without getting injured and in just 30 minutes!

I was scared when I tried the two weeks for the first time... Specially since I haven't trained for so long. But these past 5 months have been life changing. Is not only exercices, it's an experience. One that will hurt, but in a good way! The trainers and the others members have such a good energie. You will be motivated. I think it's a great place if you are looking to train and learn about yourself more.

Wonderful place! Great trainers, great motivation. Everyone is nice and not snobby like some gyms. You feel welcome. Trainers make sure you are doing the moves correctly and its such a great effective and efficient workout!

Came to town for a weekend and took two classes with Jen, including an outdoor one with Jen and Alessia. The classes were great, very efficient and tough, and Jen and Alessia are so friendly and encouraging. Had a blast and will definitely try to come back.
